Our Eagle’s Nest Cottage offers opportunities for Nova Scotia paddling, canoeing and boating on our private lake, wildlife observation, birding or bird watching and other Atlantic Canada outdoor activities. Cozy log chalet with a bedroom loft overlooking the living area below. The warm country decor, the glow from the wood fire, the sound of loons on the lake… will take you to another world...
Queen sized bed and full 4 piece bath. Wood stove with glass door. Wood is provided. Full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, bedding, towels, paper prducts and hand soap are provided. Propane BBQ on covered deck. Propane provided.
Acres and acres of forest to explore! 12km of trails and woods roads. Fishing in lake or stocked pond. Swimming in lake. Canoes, row boat and pedal boat available to rent. Berry picking and bird watching. In 'The Family Fun Area' enjoy the bonfire pit, horseshoes, washer toss, badminton and swing set. In the winter bring your snowshoes, skates and or cross country skis. After fun in the cold, cozy up to the wood stove with a glass of your favorite when you return to your chalet.
No Smoking. Rate is based on double occupancy. Will sleep 4 with $20/extra person charge (double hide-a-bed in living room).
