Once the form has been received, respondents will be notified (via e-mail) as to the availability. All booking will be confirmed by phone.
If a conflict occurs alternate dates will be offered. It should be noted that a Visa or MasterCard is required to hold any booking and five days advance email notice is required to cancel any booking.
We offer a ‘contact free’ check-in and will make arrangements with you when you call to confirm your booking.
